Ergon SM Enduro Comp mtb saddle review?

Ergon SM Enduro Comp mtb saddle review?

I bought a new saddle for MTB after four years riding on the OEM as it was crooked and... old. Also it was not my fit (too narrow) - you should choose saddle that is wider than space between your sit bones.

I picked Ergon SM Enduro Comp on bike24 for 66€ as it was recommended by friends.

Siting on saddle is comfortable though I needed to use to it. Definitely better than OEM. Width is better, though - who would say that the wider saddle will cause troubles when dropper post is down (jumps, drops...). I am touching the saddle with my inner thighs a lot. So there is a less space to maneuver. Perhaps my technique is bad? 😄

Durability is other thing. I am using it about a month and I can see it is being slightly worn on two places. No idea where I got those abrasions.

Worth to mention that saddle came slightly crooked from the e-store so I returned it and get another one... again slightly crooked but less. Considering the durability and learning probably all those saddles are not supper straight I would look next time for another brand. But for now I hope it will last few years.
