Shaft or pivot (HBSP321) was not held in place and vibrations caused pivot to slide out of the hole. Luckily did not slide out completely during riding and I managed to fix it before the disaster.

Cause of issue

• HBSP3111 circlip missing
• HBSP313 lower bushing worn out/missing
• Set screw was missing (not on drawing)

Solution

Friend 3D printed the HBSP313 lower bushing (link to 3D model below) . The outer diameter of 3D model is bigger then the hole it shall fit into. You might decrease the outer diameter in a 3D modeler. Or you can grind it... or as myself I just cut that in the half and used just one half of it.

Then I bought sharp set screw dia 4mm/lenght 6mm. Originally set screw (not sharp) is used but whatever.

The screw is then screwed in to hole as shown on picture below:

And then you have to insert the circlip. You can buy it in hobby market.
